Custom Varsity Jackets and Personalized Letterman Jackets are non-returnable and non-refundable.

All custom-made or decorated varsity jackets are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or cancelled. Since these items are produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns for any reason other than an error on our part.

Incorrect or Improper Personalization

If a decorated jacket arrives with incorrect or improperly applied personalization, you must notify our Customer Support Team within 10 days of delivery. We will review the issue and take corrective action as needed.

Blank (Non-Decorated) Jackets

Blank, non-decorated stock jackets may be returned within 10 days of delivery, but require a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Conditions:

• Jackets must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
• Claims for damaged or defective blank jackets must also be submitted within 10 days of receipt.
• Worn or altered jackets are not eligible for return.
